This series of acrylic paintings was inspired by Greek mythology, in particular the beauty and strength of its legendary Goddesses. The figurative paintings depict the female body in bold colours and proud poses to portray femininity's inherent strength, quiet power and resilience. The paintings' natural colour schemes - inspired by land and sea, night and day - pay homage to women's divine alignment with the patterns, rhythms and expressions of nature and human life.
